VoiceUp is the only tool that covers all five production workflows in one place: dub an existing video, turn a script into audio, narrate a slide deck, voice-over a screen recording, or assemble multiple scenes into a movie. Every workflow lets you read and edit the transcript before generating — no black-box processing, no surprises.

Translation is available for 8 target languages: Hindi, Telugu, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified). Voice generation covers 20+ languages via Natural AI and Premium voices — so you can generate audio in languages beyond those 8 even without a built-in translation step.

Sign in and pick a workflow from the dashboard — Dub a Video, From Script, From Slides, Voice Over Video, or Make a Movie. Each workflow walks you through the steps from there.

Most common formats work — MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI. Free plan: up to 10 minutes per file. Pro and Studio plans have no per-file length limit.

Typically 1–3 minutes for a 5-minute video. Transcription runs in the background — you can leave the page and come back.

Click any segment in the transcript editor to edit the text directly. You can also remove filler words automatically, merge short segments, or delete segments you don't want voiced.

Paste or type your script on the dashboard using the 'From Script' workflow. VoiceUp splits it into segments, lets you assign a voice per segment, and generates the full audio track — no video file needed. Export as MP3/WAV or combine with a video. Available on Pro and Studio plans.

Upload a PDF or PPTX file. VoiceUp converts each slide into a still-image clip, lets you write or edit the narration per slide, generates the voice-over, and combines them into a video. Audio syncs to the slide timing automatically. Available on Pro and Studio plans.

Dubbing replaces the original audio with a translation. Voice Over Video keeps the original video and lays a new voice track on top — useful for adding commentary, replacing your own narration, or producing a scripted explanation over a screen recording. Available on Pro and Studio plans.

Movie Assembly lets you combine multiple VoiceUp projects (scenes) into a single video. Each scene is a separate project with its own voice-over. Assemble them in any order and export as one file — useful for course modules, series episodes, or multi-segment presentations. Pro plan: up to 5 scenes. Studio: unlimited.

After transcription, open the project and click 'Translate'. Select your target language from the dropdown and hit Translate. It completes in seconds.

Yes. After translation, the transcript editor shows a 'Translated' view — switch to it to read through the translated segments before generating.

Yes. Use Batch Translate to create translated copies in multiple languages simultaneously. Pro plan supports up to 3 languages per batch. Studio plan has no limit.

Basic voices are simple and instant — functional, good for drafts. Natural AI voices are human-quality neural voices — natural, clear, recommended for most users. Premium voices offer the highest quality with 29-language support and voice cloning.

Premium voices give the best results for most languages. For Telugu specifically, use Natural AI → Shruti — Premium does not support Telugu.

Yes. Premium voices use a multilingual model that speaks 29 languages. Select any Premium voice — it will automatically speak in your target language.

Telugu is not currently supported by the Premium voice engine. Use Natural AI → Shruti for Telugu voice-over instead.

Yes — if you want the output to speak in the translated language, make sure the 'Use [language] translation' checkbox is checked before hitting Generate. When a translation exists, this is pre-checked automatically.

Voice cloning lets VoiceUp learn your voice and generate audio in your own voice — in any language. Instead of a generic AI voice, the output sounds like you speaking Hindi, Spanish, or any of the 29 supported languages.

You can clone your voice two ways: from the dashboard using the 'Clone Voice' option (upload a clear audio sample), or from the voice picker inside a project by clicking 'Extract voice from this video'. You need at least 30 seconds of clear speech. Available on Pro (1 voice) and Studio (3 voices) plans.

Yes. Your cloned voice uses the same multilingual engine as other Premium voices — it can speak all 29 supported languages including Hindi, Spanish, French, German and more.

After voice generation completes, click 'Export Video'. Once processing finishes (1–3 minutes), a Download button appears. The video includes your original visuals with the new audio track.

Yes. In the Export options, enable 'Burn subtitles' and choose whether to use the original or translated text. Subtitles are burned directly into the video.

Try exporting again — most errors are transient. If the issue repeats, check that your project title uses standard characters. If it persists, contact us and include the project name so we can investigate.

The Free plan includes the Dub a Video workflow, a 10-minute per-file upload cap, 20 voice minutes per month, and 2 premium voice minutes per month. No credit card required. Other workflows (From Script, From Slides, Voice Over Video, Movie Assembly) require Pro or Studio.

Pro ($15/mo launch price, $19/mo regular) unlocks all five workflows, removes the per-file length limit, and gives you 90 voice minutes and 10 premium voice minutes per month. Voice cloning (1 voice). Batch translate up to 3 languages. Movie assembly up to 5 scenes.

Studio ($49/mo) includes everything in Pro plus voice cloning (up to 3 voices), API access, 200 voice minutes per month, 200 premium voice minutes per month, unlimited batch translate, and unlimited movie assembly scenes.

Voice minute limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused minutes do not roll over.

You can cancel at any time — no hoops, no waiting. After canceling, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

First-time paid subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge. After that, we offer service credits if a system error consumed your voice minutes. See our Refund Policy for details.

Yes. Contact us via the Contact page and request account deletion. We will remove your account, all projects, and all uploaded/generated files from our storage. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Voice generation and export will be unavailable until your minutes reset at the start of the next month. You can upgrade your plan for more minutes, or request extra minutes from your Credits page.
