Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VoiceUp ("the Service") at voiceupapp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What VoiceUp Does

VoiceUp is an AI voice production studio that lets you create dubbed videos, voice-overs, slide narrations, and assembled video projects. Voice engines include gTTS (basic), Azure Neural TTS (natural AI), and ElevenLabs (premium and voice cloning).

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@voiceupapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Unused voice minutes do not roll over to the following month.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload — videos, audio, slides, and scripts. By uploading content, you grant VoiceUp a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your files solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

6. Voice Cloning — Acceptable Use

Voice cloning is available on Pro and Studio plans. You may only clone:

• Your own voice, or
• A voice for which you have explicit written permission from the voice owner.

You may not use voice cloning to:

• Impersonate any person without their consent
• Create deepfakes or misleading/deceptive audio or video
• Generate content intended to defraud, harass, or harm others
• Produce synthetic voices of public figures for deceptive purposes

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to relevant authorities.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

VoiceUp uses AI-powered voice and video generation. Output quality is not guaranteed. Results may vary based on input quality, language, and selected voice engine. VoiceUp is provided on a best-effort basis — we do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use VoiceUp to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful

9. Account Termination

VoiceUp may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account by contacting support@voiceupapp.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceUp's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. VoiceUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property

VoiceUp and its underlying technology, branding, and interface are owned by VoiceUp. Nothing in these Terms transfers any VoiceUp intellectual property to you.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas, USA.
