VoiceUp offers monthly subscriptions for Pro ($15/mo) and Studio ($49/mo) plans. Here's how billing and refunds work, in plain language.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no hoops, no waiting. After canceling, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Service Credits

If VoiceUp experiences a system error that prevents your job from completing — and voice minutes were consumed as a result — we'll credit those minutes back to your account. Just reach out to support@voiceupapp.com with the project details.

First-Time Subscriber Guarantee

If you're a first-time paid subscriber and you're not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. This is a goodwill policy — we want you to feel confident trying VoiceUp. Contact us at support@voiceupapp.com.

Before You Dispute a Charge

Please contact us at support@voiceupapp.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and disputes create friction for both sides. We'll work with you to make it right.

Voice Minutes

  • Voice minutes reset monthly and are non-transferable between billing periods.
  • Unused minutes from one month do not carry forward.
  • Premium minutes (used for ElevenLabs voices) follow the same policy.
